Recommended World of Warcraft Addons

Blizzard's made some nice UI improvements with Wrath of the Lich King, but functionality wise, it is still lacking. Here, I am going to share with you some addons that will make your life much easier when playing WoW.
Questhelper - This helpful little addon adds quest information from the comments on the Wowhead.com database site to your quest log. All the information you would have to tab-out for is at your fingertips.
Doublewide - This splits your quest log into 2 panes. Using this makes Lighthead fit much more easily on the screen.
Bartender4 - The days of fubars and other custom bars are over, Bartender4 is a much lighter version, with easy key bindings and looks great.
Cartographer - Cartographer is an essential map add-on. One of the key benefits is that it can also be used in conjunction with Lighthead, when you find the coordinates for a certain quest, Cartographer will show a floating arrow on your screen that points the way to your destination.
Titan Panel - "Modules" can be plugged into Titan Panel which offers you various information and services. Fubar does essentially the same thing and maybe better in some areas, but Titan Panel is much more beginner friendly and requires very little configuration.
Possessions - This addon is a must have if you have more than one character. Possessions keeps track of all your items on all your characters and in all of their banks. The latest version also supports guild banks.
Atlasloot Enhanced - Heh, this is just old school, and it is still one of the most downloaded addons on curse. Browse item drops by instances and raids.
Recount - This is an excellent damage meter, not absolute necessary, but for the stats junkies, this might be fun to keep track of DPS, total damage, etc.
Omen Threat Meter - You don't need to be a heavy raider to want a threat meter, this works wonders in 5 man instanced, and if you are a hunter/warlock, you can watch the threat on your pet.
These are certainly not all the addons that you will ever need, but I consider these to be essential when you are starting out. These addons will enhance your User Interface greatly and provide you with additional information that will make your gaming experiences much more enjoyable.
